Prime Minister Mark Carney and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy comment briefly ahead of their bilateral meeting in Rome, Italy. The leaders are meeting while in Rome to attend the inaugural mass of Pope Leo XIV at the Vatican.
