« Les budgets, c’est des plans et M. Carney a dit pendant les élections qu’il nous faut un plan. Il a dit que les slogans, ce n’est pas un plan », affirme le chef conservateur Pierre Poilievre tout en déplorant que le gouvernement fédéral ne présente pas de budget cette année.
