Le premier ministre du Québec, François Legault, fait une annonce concernant le secteur de l’énergie de la province lors d’un événement à Alma. Il est accompagné d’Andrée Laforest, ministre responsable de la région du Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, d’Éric Girard, ministre des Finances, et de Yannick Gagnon, député de Jonquière.

Après son discours, le premier ministre répond aux questions des journalistes.
