“This is a complex negotiation—there will be zigs and zags, difficult aspects to it, but the prospect is there,” says Prime Minister Mark Carney when asked by a reporter if U.S. President Trump is willing to renegotiate the CUSMA agreement & drop tariffs against Canada.
