Lors d’un point de presse suivant sa rencontre avec le président Trump au Bureau ovale, le premier ministre Mark Carney confirme que l’Accord de libre échange sera renégocié. « C’est clair » dit-il. « Nous avons commencé la renégociation de nos relations commerciales, y compris l’ALÉNA. »
