L’arrestation au Wisconsin de la juge Hannah Dugan par le FBI en pleine salle de court a choqué l’opinion publique. Le directeur de la police fédérale américaine, Kash Patel, a justifié cette action pour punir une « entrave » à l’arrestation d’un migrant. Est-ce que la magistrature américaine est dorénavant à la merci du pouvoir de Donald Trump aux États-Unis?
