Watch Pierre Poilievre comment on the performance of his party the day after the 2004 federal election, when he was elected for the first time as MP for Nepean-Carleton.

He remained the elected representative of his riding for more than 20 years until he was defeated by Liberal Bruce Fanjoy in Monday’s election.
