À son arrivée au Bureau du premier ministre au lendemain de l’élection générale, le chef libéral Mark Carney déclare à des journalistes avoir « beaucoup d’énergie, beaucoup à faire. » Il répond à ces questions alors qu’il reste à savoir si le gouvernement qu’il formera sera majoritaire ou minoritaire.
