À Québec, à l’occasion du Jour de la Terre, le chef du Bloc québécois Yves-François Blanchet prononce une très courte allocution sur les enjeux liés aux changements climatiques. Il répond par la suite aux questions des journalistes sur les projections de sondages et le projet de troisième lien à Québec.
