Le chef libéral Mark Carney dévoile ses engagements en défense nationale – 14 avril 2025

À l’usine Bombardier située à Dorval (Qué.), le chef du Parti libéral du Canada, Mark Carney, s’engage à redéfinir la défense nationale du Canada en vue de renforcir la souveraineté du pays et son expertise militaire en trois points : rebâtir, réinvestir et réarmer. Il entend aider à la relance du complexe militaro-industriel canadien afin de renforcer et renouveler des relations commerciales. De plus, il s’engage à créer le Bureau de recherche, Ingénierie et leadership avancés en matière d’innovation et de science afin de redéfinir une nouvelle approche en défense et en sécurité. À la suite de son allocution, le chef libéral répond aux questions des journalistes.
