Simon Jolin-Barrette veut que Québec puisse nommer ses juges dans tous les tribunaux – 11 avril 2025

Le ministre de la Justice et responsable des Relations canadiennes du Québec, Simon Jolin-Barrette, demande au gouvernement fédéral que son gouvernement puisse pouvoir nommer ses juges aux tribunaux supérieurs, les magistrats étant actuellement nommés par Ottawa. En entrevue avec notre animatrice Catherine Lafrance, il affirme que c’est « une question de confiance du public dans le système de justice » et pour que « soit vraiment reflété ce qu’est une fédération. »
