The Angus Reid Institute shows the Liberals leading in voting intention. The Liberals also lead in Ontario, Québec and British Columbia, and in Canada’s biggest cities. Angus Reid Institute President Shachi Kurl says “there is no deliverance in Parliament unless you can deliver” in those metros. Watch her interview with CPAC’s Michael Serapio.
