AFN National Chief sees “tough discussions” ahead with Carney & Poilievre – April 7, 2025

Questions have been raised over the weekend about Mark Carney’s father when it was revealed he served as principal of an Indian Day School back in the 1960s. There have also been concerns within the Indigenous community over Pierre Poilievre’s enthusiasm towards the achievements of former Prime Minister Sir John A. MacDonald. CPAC’s Michael Serapio discusses those points, as well as the priorities for First Nations in this electoral campaign, with AFN National Chief Cindy Woodhouse Nepinak.
