The second-annual EDI and AR Conference, U-B-U (translation: you be you) is an exploration of how our unconscious desire for sameness creates tensions for individuals, groups and institutions.

Join TRU’s Office of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Anti-Racism (EDI) for this opportunity to understand the nuances of the spoken and the unspoken, the actions and inactions, the truth and the fallacy associated with the attributions we may unknowingly ascribe to people.
