B.C. Premier David Eby provides update on tariff response bill – March 28, 2025

British Columbia Premier David Eby provides an update on Bill 7, his government’s tariff response legislation. The proposed bill would give the B.C. government sweeping powers to respond to the ongoing trade war with the U.S. without approval from the legislature.

Premier Eby is joined at the news conference in Vancouver by Attorney General Niki Sharma.
