Canadian auto sector rep: the new Trump tariffs are “deeply concerning”– March 26, 2025

Brian Kingston from the Canadian Vehicle Manufacturers’ Association tells CPAC’s Michael Serapio the 25% tariffs U.S. President Donald Trump announced on all cars built outside the U.S., starting on April 2, are “deeply concerning” because the Canadian automotive industry has been developed as part of an “integrated North American supply chain.”
