Alleged Indian interference in Poilievre’s leadership bid: campaign managers panel – March 25, 2025

The Globe and Mail reported on Tuesday that Indian agents were allegedly involved with Pierre Poilievre’s 2022 Conservative leadership race bid, according to a source with top-secret security clearance. The newspaper’s source also reported that the Canadian Security Intelligence Service learned that Indian agents raised money and organized to help Poilievre’s candidacy. The agency is said to not have any evidence Poilievre or his inner circle were aware of the alleged interference.

CPAC’s Michael Serapio discusses the matter, and how this could affect the Conservative campaign, with strategists Michele Cadario (Liberal), Jordan Paquet (Conservative) and Cheryl Oates (NDP).
