Le ministre des Finances du Québec, Eric Girard, présente son budget – 25 mars 2025

Le ministre des Finances du Québec, Eric Girard, dépose son budget 2025-2026 à l’Assemblée nationale. Face à la guerre tarifaire avec les États-Unis de Donald Trump, le ministre Girard annonce que son gouvernement injectera 5,4 G$ dans le but de stimuler l’économie du Québec. Pour le reste, le ministre Girard impose un gel budgétaire qui n’empêchera pas la province d’afficher un déficit de 13,6 G$. Malgré tout, Éric Girard table toujours un retour à l’équilibre budgétaire en 2029-2030.
