Liberal Leader Mark Carney meets with Gander residents who helped after 9/11 – March 24, 2025

In Gander, N.L., Liberal Leader Mark Carney meets with Beulah Cooper and Diane Davis, two residents of the town that helped American travellers after the 9/11 terrorist attacks. The city of Gander sheltered thousands of American airline passengers following the attacks, after U.S. planes bound for New York were diverted to the town.
