Le premier ministre Mark Carney a annoncé ce mardi plusieurs mesures destinées à mieux asseoir la souveraineté du Canada sur l’Arctique. Notre animatrice Catherine Lafrance discute des implications géopolitiques du Canada face à cette annonce avec le Sénateur à la retraite Jean-Guy Dagenais, qui était vice-président du comité de la Défense.
