Prime Minister Mark Carney announced on Tuesday billions of dollars for Canada’s North. Money for defence and communities, as Canada’s sovereignty is being threatened by U.S. President Donald Trump. CPAC’s Michael Serapio discusses those investments with Senator Tony Dean, who chaired the Senate Committee on National Security, Defence and Veterans Affairs from December 2021 to November 2024.
