Unifor warns “a massive fight” for car companies thinking of leaving Canada – March 6, 2025

The Canadian and Mexican auto sector was spared from President Donald Trump’s punishing 25% tariffs for 30 days on Wednesday, although the White House specified this was to give them time to shift their production to the United States. Unifor’s National President Lana Payne promises a fight if any car company thinking about doing so. Watch her interview with CPAC’s Michael Serapio.
