Overcoming perfectionism working group

Perfectionism can impact progress and project completion.

In this interactive working group facilitated by counsellors Mark Zhang and Kristin Robinson, you’ll discover how emotional experiences may reinforce perfectionistic patterns and develop coping strategies.

This group will have limited seating, so please apply to secure one of six seats in this program.

APPLY HERE 

Participants must be able to attend all three ninety-minute sessions to receive the certificate of completion.

Sessions take place Wednesday, March 12, 19 and 26 from 2:30 – 4 p.m. in Old Main 1641.

Snacks will be provided.
