National Space for First Nations, Inuit and Métis advanced in Parliamentary Precinct – March 4, 2025

In Ottawa, Crown-Indigenous Relations Minister Gary Anandasangaree, joined by AFN National Chief Cindy Woodhouse Nepinak, Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami President Natan Obed and Métis National Council President Victoria Pruden, sign an letter of intent and implementation agreement that would solidify a permanent presence First Nations, Inuit and Métis presence in the Parliamentary Precinct. The national space would be located in the heart of the Parliamentary precinct at 100 Wellington Street and 119 Sparks Street.
