François-Philippe Champagne, federal Innovation Minister, and Dominic Lemieux, Quebec director of the Syndicat des Métallos speak to reporters following a meeting in Trois-Rivières, Qc. They outline the potential impact that the U.S. import tariffs will have on local industries and outline the appropriate response to the impending trade action.
