Le président ukrainien Volodymyr Zelensky est en route pour Washington D.C. pour signer avec le président américain Donald Trump un accord portant sur l’exploitation de minerais. Cette entente n’inclurait cependant pas les garanties de sécurité auxquelles Kyiv tenait tant.
