11:00 ET / 8:00 PT: Community groups share recommendations for combatting foreign interference

In Ottawa, a multicultural coalition of community groups urge the federal government to take more action against foreign authoritarian regimes interfering in Canadian democracy. MPs from several parties are also attending the event.

The news conference comes one month after the release of the Hogue report on foreign interference, which proposed 51 measures to address foreign meddling and disinformation.
