Le ministre du Travail du Québec, Jean Boulet, a déposé le projet de loi 89 visant à réduire l’impact des conflits de travail sur la population. Le milieu syndical, dont la FTQ, a rapidement fait part de son mécontentement. Notre animatrice Catherine Lafrance en discute avec Magali Picard, présidente de la Fédération des travailleurs et travailleuses du Québec.
