The Globe and Mail published a story Thursday concerning Liberal leadership candidate Ruby Dhalla, citing unnamed Liberal sources who said the party sent her a list of questions that raise concerns about possible foreign interference and campaign irregularities. Dhalla speaks with CPAC’s Michael Serapio.
