Support for the Liberals is on the rise in Canada, and even more so when it comes to the possibility of the party being led by Mark Carney. Still, the Conservatives continue to have a commanding lead. CPAC’s Michael Serapio discusses the latest numbers from Abacus Data with founder and CEO David Coletto.
