Procrastination is an obstacle that we all deal with from time to time.

Battling with time management, organizational skills and emotional, cognitive and behavioural aspects reinforce our procrastination cycles.

Join counsellor Mark Zhang for a conversation about the perils of procrastination, diving deeper into the less discussed components and brainstorming strategies for success in the Writing Centre.

Two sessions
