L’appui au Parti libéral du Canada est à la hausse dans les sondages nationaux depuis plusieurs semaines. Une telle remontée ne serait pas étrangère aux menaces tarifaires du président américain Donald Trump, selon plusieurs observateurs. Mais est-ce suffisant pour que le parti redevienne compétitif, alors qu’il était largué dans les intentions de votes depuis plus d’un an par le Parti conservateur?
