In Paris, Stéphane Dion, Canada’s Ambassador to France takes questions from reporters on U.S. President Donald Trump’s plan to impose 25 per cent tariffs on steel and aluminum imports. He also comments on President Trump’s repeated comments about Canada becoming the 51st state.
