Montreal businessman and former Liberal MP Frank Baylis is running to be the next Liberal leader. He tells CPAC’s Michael Serapio he’s not worried with the fact that no ministers have yet to declare their support for him because “maybe not all politicians are going to like” the changes he will be soon proposing.
