Andrew Furey, the premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, speaks with reporters in St. John’s after meeting with industry, community, and labour organizations. The premier hosted the meeting to discuss trade and readiness in response to potential U.S. tariffs.

Provincial ministers Siobhan Coady (finance), Andrew Parsons (industry), and Gerry Byrne (agriculture) also take part in the news conference.
