Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly speaks with reporters from Washington, D.C., following her meeting with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio. The minister is on a three-day bilateral visit to the U.S. capital to meet with leaders as Canada continues to face tariff threats.
