Ontario builds first responders’ treatment centres in Toronto – January 24, 2025

In Bolton, Ontario Premier Doug Ford highlights Canada’s first treatment centre for first responders suffering from post-traumatic stress injury, and he announces the construction of two new facilities in Toronto.

He is joined by Sylvia Jones (minister of health), Michael Kerzner (solicitor general), Michael Tibollo (associate minister of mental health and addictions), Connie Dejak (president and CEO of Runnymede Healthcare Centre), Nando Iannicca (regional chair of Peel Region), Annette Groves (mayor of Caledon), and Patrick Brown (mayor of Brampton).
