Ottawa a annoncé un investissement de 1,3 milliard de dollars à la frontière canado-américaine pour y rehausser sa sécurité. Cet investissement arrive toutefois au moment où le leadership de Justin Trudeau à la tête du Parti libéral du Canada est contesté plus que jamais. Est-il toujours l’homme de la situation pour négocier avec le président américain élu Donald Trump? Nous en discutons avec le ministre de l’Immigration Marc Miller.
