Ottawa a annoncé un investissement de 1,3 milliard de dollars à la frontière canado-américaine pour y rehausser sa sécurité. Cet investissement arrive toutefois au moment où le leadership de Justin Trudeau à la tête du Parti libéral du Canada est contesté plus que jamais.
