Ministers speak briefly with reporters on Parliament Hill as the federal cabinet holds its weekly meeting. Minister François-Philippe Champagne (innovation) and Mary Ng (trade) comment on Minister Sean Fraser’s decision to not seek re-election. They also face questions on the fall economic statement.
