Ministers and Liberal MPs speak with reporters in Ottawa as the federal party holds an emergency caucus meeting. The meeting comes following Finance Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland’s resignation from cabinet on the day she was set to deliver the fall economic statement.
