The Kootenay International Junior Hockey League completed its 13th week of regular season action for the 2024-25 season. The KIJHL Power Rankings highlight the top-five teams based on winning percentage, with various tie-breakers to help decide positioning.

It’s four straight weeks at No.1 for the Revelstoke Grizzlies. The defending KIJHL champs were in Sicamous on Dec. 13 and left with a 4-3 overtime win. Then they headed to Kelowna and earned a 5-1 win.

The Grand Forks Border Bruins are No. 2 again. They took both games of a home-and-home set against the Nelson Leafs, winning 4-1 in Nelson on Dec. 13, then taking a 2-1 shootout victory on home ice on Dec. 14.

The Fernie Ghostriders come in at No. 3. They won all three of their games during the week, starting with a home-and-home set against the Columbia Valley Rockies. They took the first game 4-2 at home on Dec. 10, then a 5-3 decision in Columbia Valley on Dec. 13. On Dec. 14, they edged out the Castlegar Rebels 4-3 in overtime.

The Sicamous Eagles come in at No. 4. They opened the week with a 3-1 win over the Osoyoos Coyotes on Dec. 11, then lost 4-3 in overtime to the Grizzlies. They wrapped up their weekend losing an offensive showdown 6-5 to the Quesnel River Rush on Dec. 14.

The Kamloops Storm are at No. 5 again. They won their lone game of the week against the Williams Lake Mustangs 4-3 on Dec. 13.
