Premier Danielle Smith announces new funding to help empower newcomer youth in rural Alberta.

She is joined at the news conference in Brooks by Tanya Fir (minister of arts, culture and status of women), Ahmed Kassem (executive director of the Global Village Centre), and John Petrie (mayor of Brooks).
