The provinces of Quebec and Newfoundland and Labrador reached an agreement on Thursday to launch a new $25 billion hydroelectric project and end years of conflict over the cost of electricity at Churchill Falls. CPAC’s Michael Serapio discusses the potential impact of that deal with Liberal MP Seamus O’Regan from the riding of St. John’s South—Mount Pearl.
