Branle-bas de combat à Ottawa depuis que Donald Trump a émis sa menace tarifaire à l’endroit du Canada et du Mexique. À la suite de sa rencontre avec le président élu à Mar-A-Lago, le premier ministre Justin Trudeau a convoqué ce mardi les chefs de l’opposition afin de faire le point et discuter des enjeux de l’imposition d’importants tarifs douaniers. Mais cette initiative raffermit-elle sa position face au président américain élu?
