On the eve of the 35th anniversary of the École Polytechnique massacre, Ottawa is adding hundreds of models to the list of firearms banned in Canada. CPAC’s Michael Serapio discusses the initiative with Jean-Yves Duclos, Minister of Public Services and Procurement.
