Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly holds a virtual media availability ahead of a two-day meeting with her NATO counterparts, which begins December 3 in Brussels, Belgium.

Minister Joly is speaking from Riga, Latvia, where she met with Baltic foreign ministers.
