Crown-Indigenous Relations Minister Gary Anandasangaree and Manitoba Métis Federation President David Chartrand participate in a signing ceremony in Winnipeg for the Red River Métis Self-Government Recognition and Implementation Treaty.

Following the ceremony, Minister Anandasangaree and Mr. Chartrand take questions from reporters.
