La perméabilité de la frontière entre le Canada et les États-Unis a été au centre des discussions cette semaine, depuis que le président élu Donald Trump a menacé d’imposer des tarifs douaniers de 25% si Ottawa ne resserrait pas sa surveillance. Le gouvernement Trudeau a tenté de se faire rassurant alors que les provinces se sont montrées inquiètes. Mais quel est l’état des lieux?
