Canada’s defence spending is being more and more scrutinized by its NATO allies, and particularly by the Americans. CPAC’s Michael Serapio have addressed the issue with Canada’s Chief of Defence Staff, General Jennie Carignan, at the 2024 Halifax International Security Forum.
