The Canadian Coalition to Reform HIV Criminalization holds a news conference on Parliament Hill in Ottawa. The organization is raising concerns over the federal government’s laws concerning HIV non-disclosure. Speaking with reporters are Katarina Bogosavljevic, Colin Johnson, and Alexander McClelland, as well as André Capretti from the HIV Legal Network.
